Living just outside of, rather then in New York city has few upsides for someone who always has to commute back and forth for work and play, but I am fortunate enough to live next to Rockefeller State Park Preserve : a park developed by the Rockefeller family in the early 20th century that comprises over 55 miles of horse carriage trails and nearly 2,000 acres of land. I was able to explore this amazing place with new found interest when I was asked to photograph it for a story in this month’s issue of The Hook Magazine . Even though it’s totally different from what I usually do, I couldn’t say no. Here is what they published:

The park is a truly an unusual, and breathtaking place to visit, and I recommend anyone in or near the city finds the time to take a trip there.
Happy Holidays KDU!
