Location:We are pleased to announce that Candy Black will be producing the new website for Graduate Fashion Week due for launch at the end of February.
We have been working on the branding and strategy for the new ‘Coast’ (Surf/Ride/Skate) shop looking to open in Spring of this year in Poole, Dorset. We will be designing all branding, signage, packaging, advertising, digital media and the interior / exterior. Looking forward to seeing the end product of our biggest project to date!
We have been doing some logo designs for Toby Thomas and his new photography and film studio – The Vintage Media House, here are some examples of what we put forward and what the final choice was_
Hope everyone is well – Its been really busy at the Candy Black studio the past couple of months, we have had a massive site overhaul and a relaunch will be coming in the next couple of weeks including our full portfolio and our Spring/Summer 2011 promo film. We have also focused on our first Candy Black in-house project – Coast, launching an online store selling retro style skateboards, fixed wheel bikes, surfboards and beautiful things in between, this should be up and running from Monday. Keep an eye on what we are up to here___

We have been working hard on collating artwork for the Candy Shop and we thought we would post a couple of ‘Circus Maximus’ prints that will on sale soon. We will also be stocking some awesome photography and some illustrations from a contact in South Africa, will post a preview as soon as these have been produced.

We are going strong since we opened and have loads more coming up, stay tuned for the launch of the “Candy Shop” and new projects recently completed.
After a long and exciting journey, we are finally ready to present our new studio to the world. The outcome has exceeded all expectations and every detail has come together seamlessly to represent and define the spirit of Candy Black. We wanted to create a space that not only fulfilled the expression of what we feel a Creative Studio should look like, but also showcase our ability to combine Graphic and Interior Design.
Candy Black is a Design Studio working in the fields of branding, creative direction, graphic design and interior design. We are always on the look out for new ways to answer the briefs of our clients, offering both cutting edge design and new media to traditional craft and production.
